Products & pricing
We make every effort to display our products, colours and prices accurately. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or printed in small batches, slight variations are natural and part of their charm.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Intellectual property
All designs, illustrations, photographs, text and the From Madras name and logo are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
