Information we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message.
When you place an order (once online ordering is available), we collect the details needed to fulfil it, such as your shipping address and contact number. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we never see or store your full card details.
Like most websites, we may collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, process and deliver orders, provide customer support and, only if you opt in, share news about new collections.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — for example payment processors, courier partners and email providers — and only as much as they need to do their job.
